Our warehouse personnel will pack each item according to our strict requirements. Before shipping, all goods are carefully examined and securely secured. Returns
We do not manage the stock at our factory and warehouse. Stock levels can fluctuate at any time. It's possible that the stock may run out after your order has been processed.
Our policy runs for 30 days. If you don't receive your item within the 30 days period, we are not able to provide the option of a refund or exchange.
Your item should be in its original packaging and be unused. The item must be in the original packaging.
